OUR MISSION
To Help Healthcare Institutions Address Burnout & Retention At a Systems Level
We empower America’s +1 Million health workforce to thrive personally & professionally.
ABOUT US
The ProMind Experience is a proactive, organization-wide coaching platform, designed outside the system, to support frontline staff & leadership in complex health environments.
Grounded in lived clinical experience, ProMind operates alongside institutions — not within existing wellness or benefits structures — to enable meaningful, system-level change by addressing barriers that prevent clinicians from accessing meaningful support, while aligning with organizational priorities. Real support. Real results.
OUR FOCUS
Transform how organizations engage their people, and remove the barriers that prevent health providers from accessing support for their well-being.
- Strengthening workforce capacity
- Reducing barriers to access and engagement
- Supporting sustainable performance under pressure
- Enabling early intervention and institutional learning
A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER
When I began my career in frontline nursing, I often felt alone, overwhelmed, and unseen. The demands of the job took a toll - even with daily meditation and emotional self-care.
After leaving the frontline, I considered a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Development, but something about it felt like an overly academic translation of lived nursing experience. What I was really after wasn’t another degree – it was leadership growth, personal development, and a deeper understanding of how organizations shape or shatter human wellbeing.
That journey led me full circle, where I am today. Prior to becoming the founder & CEO of the ProMind Experience, I was a performance coach. In my practice, I kept hearing and observing the same pattern: burnout and no real solutions for health practitioners.
I started listening differently – not as a coach, but as a systems thinker.
The evolution
THE EVOLUTION OF PROMIND
What emerged
ProMind began as a consumer-focused initiative for frontline nurses—born from lived experience, long shifts, and the quiet weight of caring professions. But as clinicians engaged with the work, something different emerged: individual and group support, while necessary, was insufficient on its own. The deeper issue lived upstream, within teams, leadership structures, and organizational culture. This was not a failure of individuals. It was a failure of organizational design and a lack of innovative strategies.
ProMind became The ProMind Experience™ – an organizational strategy for healthcare institutions that genuinely care about their human capital. Not as a perk. Not as a patch. But as a leadership commitment. It bridges personal development and organizational development, strengthening individuals, teams, and leadership culture without reducing human strain to a diagnosis or deficit.
The work doesn’t aim to “fix” clinicians, but creates the conditions in which they can function, lead, and remain whole.
The Stand We Take Today
Now some years post-COVID, we’ve observed, and listened – particularly as institutional rhetoric around wellbeing accelerated. A troubling pattern prevails: benefits programs expanded, generic interventions multiplied, yet outcomes have not meaningfully improved. More funding. More programs. More misalignment.
And still, the generic workforce leadership development Gurus continue to have the magic bullet for burnout: change jobs, set boundaries and just say “no”, leading to growing frustration and loss within the health workforce – and worst, the loss of human spirit through suicide.
Policymakers continue to fund think tanks focused on AI while the same human dynamics repeat themselves: and very little change at the point of care. Leadership responses continue to focus on managing symptoms rather than systems. Responsibility diffused, timelines stretched, and the human experience inside complex organizations remained largely untouched.
This work requires trust, discretion, and a long-term view – not more “mental health” mandates. And it is guided by one central principle: when organizations stop treating human strain as a personal failure and start addressing it as a systems issue, meaningful change becomes possible.
Today, we’re trailblazing. Peace, Love & Light,
